How can I sell shares less than one trading unit?

A.

Shares less than one trading unit (less than 100 shares) can be sold by submitting a purchase request. Please contact your securities company for details, as the request is processed through the Japan Securities Depository Center and handled by: Shareholder Registry Administrator Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, Osaka Securities Agency Department For shares held in a special account, please contact the Special Account Administrator at the number above.

How can I receive dividends via bank transfer?

Please submit a dividend payment instruction form to your securities company. For forms and further details, contact your securities company. For shares held in a special account, please contact the Special Account Administrator.

When are dividend rights determined and when are dividends paid?

A.

Year-end dividends are paid to shareholders listed in the shareholder registry as of March 31, and interim dividends to those listed as of September 30. Payments are made in June (after the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders) and November, respectively.
