Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Policy

- We comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and other requirements to which the Company subscribes relating to quality, the environment, and occupational health and safety.
- 2. Ensuring a Safe and Healthy Work Environment
- In order to protect the safety and health of all people involved in our production activities, we strive to eliminate hazards and reduce risks, thereby creating a safe and comfortable workplace.
- 3. Reduction of Environmental Impact
- We assess the environmental impacts associated with our business activities and work to reduce environmental burden through the effective use of resources, waste reduction, and pollution prevention.

Environmental Conservation Activities
- Promotion of Energy Conservation
- We have formulated mid- to long-term energy conservation plans and are promoting conservation activities in both manufacturing and administrative departments.
- Reduction of CO₂ Emissions
- We are working to reduce CO₂ emissions by improving overall energy efficiency and utilizing biomass fuels such as plant-based distillation residues.
- Reduction of PRTR-Listed Substance Emissions and Transfers
- In accordance with the PRTR Law, we report the amount of emissions and transfers of subject substances every year and work to reduce them.
- Reduction of Industrial Waste Disposal Volume
- We are promoting waste separation and recycling to reduce industrial waste and improve waste intensity per production unit.
